Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Delivery is free for parts orders over €90 and for motors over €390, and your first pro order is delivered free of charge.
Why don't your prices include VAT?
Our company is exempt from VAT (Art. 293 B of the CGI): the displayed price is the price you pay.
How to pay?
By card at checkout, or by bank transfer within 7 days (we ship upon receipt). At the Partner level (€2,000 in purchases over 12 months or 6 orders), you pay within 30 days.
Are your parts compatible with my door brand?
Each product page lists the compatible brands. If in doubt, send us the reference or a photo.
