SOMMER external release for DUO and PRO+ garage door openers
The SOMMER emergency release lock (ref. 5116V000) allows you to open your motorized garage door from the outside in the event of a power outage or motor failure, when there is no other access to the garage.
An original SOMMER part, it is compatible with SOMMER DUO and SOMMER PRO+ operator systems. It is suitable for sectional doors, side-sectional doors, and swing doors.
Simple and reliable installation
Installation is done by simply drilling a Ø 13 mm hole in the door panel, with no step drill required. The fixing screws prevent any deformation of the device and ensure reliable release with every use. The 2,200 mm flat cable connects the lock to the motor carriage, and a cap protects the cylinder from the elements.
Small and discreet, the lock blends in with the look of your garage door.
