Lifting cables are not the same from one door to another. The first selection criterion is the compensation system used, the brand and the year of your door, followed by the height.
The compensation system
Before discussing a cable model, you must know how to identify it; does the cable wind onto a pulley, or does it circulate in a pulley?
Doors before 2015
For a door installed before 2015, choose the pair of lifting cables for pre-2015 doors, compatible with SDA, BKF, Lépinard, and Gypass.
Doors from 2016 onwards
For a more recent door, the pair of lifting cables from 2016 onwards is compatible with Gypass, FAME, SDA, BKF, France Fermeture, and Safir.

How do I find out the year of my door?
Look at the installation documents, the invoice, or the door's label. In case of doubt, send us a photo of the cables and drums via the contact page.
